The Social Credit System is The Mark of the Beast
And if not, it's becoming pretty useful to determine what everyone is really made of
It doesn’t matter if you are religious or not, if you belong to a particular tradition or not… the thing is that in our beloved Western Civilization there is a cultural component, a bizarre one perhaps, one that many might prefer not to “own” as part of our culture, but it is there: the existence of a prophecy in the Judeo-Christian tradition: the book of Revelation. That book is considered by the majority of scholars to reflect the tribulations for Christians at the time it was written, and thus it was included in the Bible: as a prophecy fulfilled. But this theory has many flaws. The main one, the prophecy is quite specific with certain things that have never happened. Until now.
We have seen segregation along history. But a planetary one, based not on any characteristics of people at birth (ethnicity, culture, caste), but on something very specific acquired voluntarily by everyone that wants it: that’s the first time. Poetically the prophet states that “nobody will be able to buy and sell, if they don’t have the mark of the beast”. This is the most accurate description anybody from 2000 years ago could have given of the Social Credit System. The beast refers to the “beyond manageable” nature of an entity, most probably an institution. Is it the United Nations? In any case, this article doesn’t aim at proving anything about the prophecy, only to point out the clear case of hypocrisy of most Christians of today. So:
– in your tradition there is ONE GREAT BIZARRE PROPHECY,
– and for the first time in history there is a circumstance that perfectly fits the description,
– and you decide to take part in the aberrations? Really?
Let’s be clear: any system to track the vaccination status of every citizen IS the Social Credit System. It's just at an initial stage: tracking only ONE aspect of "good citizenship", but it is IT already. It's its start. How else would the whole Western World embark in this kind of insanity?
People argue: but this can’t be “the” mark of the beast. Well, I would have expected, then, the book of Revelation to go more in this line: “there will be a mark that will allow people to buy and sell, but hey!, it won’t be the first time this happened; no, it will be something that actually happened also earlier, but you will need to distinguish between the first mark that allows you to be part of society, which is completely fine, and the second one… yeah, the second one is the evil one.” It’s absurd because it is absurd. The whole conundrum described by the Book of Revelation is the circumstance of people willingly adhering to a system that segregates from society those that don’t adhere to the system. And you, as a Christian, are looking for excuses to justify your compliance with reasons such as “I’m gonna take part of this, so I can go on holiday”?
Others say “don’t be foolish, there is no mark involved now”. Well, once again: really? What is a mark? A mark is a 0/1 binary marker. It’s something you either have or you don’t. You want to enter a supermarket, and somebody requests from you: “do you have the thing that makes you worthy?” How else would a prophet describe this technological thing of today other than “well, some have the mark, some don’t have the mark”. It’s as simple as that. On top of that, you carry your “covid pass” in your right hand, as anybody that carries a cell phone. And in your head, as the concept “I’m a validated citizen that has complied to this agenda”.
This article, once again, doesn’t pretend to proclaim that the prophecy is being fulfilled. It’s just bringing attention to this very simple fact: for whatever reason, this bizarre prophecy we all have heard about is matching world events, and if you are a Christian you should understand that the value of such a prophecy is also as a philosophical question for ourselves: if that would ever happen, what side would I take? Most have decidedly betrayed the values of our ancestors, for money, for food, for entertainment even … basically, for the gifts that the beast can grant.
